Return Policy on all Safety, Self Defense, and Home Security Items

Any defective product will be replaced.  Call Karen at This Grandma's Got It at 440-364-1866 to obtain an RMA # (a return merchandise authorization #).  Write that number on the outside of the box, also, put a note inside the box explaining the problem.  Returns without an RMA # written on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to sender.  Returns recieved without a note will result in a longer processing time.  If the item is deemed not defective, you will have the choice of having the item remailed back to you, or, in house credit toward your next purchase order.  We will email or call you once the item is recieved and processed.  There is a 20% restocking fee for nondefective items.  We do not pay for shipping on returned items.
